The Look (and Sound) of 2012?

Here’s a brief glimpse of something you’ll probably be seeing (and hearing) a lot next year, especially in college dorms.

The undies are from the forthcoming collection by Toronto indie favorite Fortnight Lingerie, which produced this charming little trailer directed by Mackenzie Duncan.

And the achingly sweet soundtrack comes from another Canadian up-and-comer: Edmonton folkie Josh Eygenraam of the band Dreamface. Think Wilco meets Fleet Foxes on the way to a Mumford & Sons concert.

If this is the look, and sound, of 2012, we say bring it on!
